Sunday May 4 is World Laughter Day
Sunday May 4 is the 10th anniversary of World Laughter Day. From 2:00-3:00pm, people from all walks of life can join in a "mirth day party" near the rose garden in Delaware Park if it's nice out, or at Unity Church, 1243 Delaware Ave if the weather doesn't cooperate. Either way, there's going to be smiles and laughter in Buffalo! Clowns will clown, jugglers will juggle, magicians will magish (?!), and laughter leaders will lead laughter exercises.
For more info about World Laughter Day, go to www.laughterfoundation.org or
www.laughteryoga.org. For more info about the celebration in Buffalo, call Bruce Baum at (716) 880-6299.
PHD 2008 is coming!
Our first PHD event was May 4, 2007 at Buffalo State College. This fun and festive event included afternoon "playshops" designed to help participants improve wellness, creativity, learning, motivation, productivity, teamwork, communication, and more... PLUS an evening celebration featuring the off-beat music of The Fibs, the mind-blowing magic of Garrett Thomas, and the outrageous and contagious humor of Dr. Catherine Ansuini, The Eclectic Company, Dr. R. Bruce Baum, Paul Chudy, and Nels Cremean from In Jest.
